Terms of Service

The service

Expert Vantage helps you manage work across expert networks — triaging opportunities, drafting replies in your voice, assembling pre-call briefings, and tracking payments. Features and limits may change as the product evolves.

Beta status

The service is currently offered as a private beta. It is provided “as is”, may contain bugs, and may change or be interrupted. We may add, modify, or remove features during this period.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use & network compliance

Expert Vantage provides suggestions and drafting help; it does not act on expert-network portals on your behalf. Youremain solely responsible for complying with the terms, compliance policies, and material non-public information (MNPI) rules of any expert network or client you work with, and for the final content of anything you submit or send. Do not use the service to break the law or any third-party agreement you're bound by.

Your content

You keep all rights to the emails, documents, and other content you connect or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you (for example, processing text to generate a draft). We don't use your content to train shared models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our intellectual property

The software, design, and brand are owned by Expert Vantage. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. During the beta, pricing and founding-member rates are as described on the pricing page. Taxes may apply based on your location. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not auto-renew thereafter.

Cancellation & data export

You can cancel and export your records (calls, drafts, payments, briefings) to CSV at any time. There is no lock-in. After account closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Expert Vantage assists with drafting and organisation but does not provide legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. AI-generated output can be inaccurate — you are always the final reviewer before anything is sent or submitted. The service is provided without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Vantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
